Booking a trip here means you’re supported from start to finish. Whether you’re heading to San Francisco, New York City, or somewhere in between. From our first conversation to your final gallery, the process stays collaborative and flexible. The goal is simple: an easy vacation, with photographs that capture the in-between moments, not just the highlights.

Frequently asked questions

This is ideal for couples, families, and friends who want to actually enjoy their vacation together, not spend it managing plans. The plan is thoughtful, but flexible so if you want to grab another coffee, chill somewhere a little longer, or just be together without an agenda, you can. You get the benefit of having a plan without feeling locked into it.

Where do you offer these experiences?

While San Francisco, New York City, and Portland are core locations, I’m open to other cities as well! If you’re dreaming about a different destination, let’s talk!

Is this a tour or a photo session?

Neither. This isn’t a one-hour photoshoot dropped into a trip you planned yourself, and it’s not a guided tour. The photography, planning, and pacing are designed together so the experience flows naturally. I handle the planning and show up for key moments, then step back so the time is yours and the photos reflect what the trip actually felt like.

Do we need to plan anything ahead of time?

No, that’s the whole point. We’ll talk through what matters most to you and I’ll take care of the planning. You'll review and approve the itinerary before anything is finalized.

Do you book flights and hotels for us?

No, but I do the research. I'll present flight and hotel options based on your priorities, budget, and itinerary then you book directly so you keep control over payments, points, and flexibility.

How much of the day are you photographing?

I’m not with you all day. I show up for the moments that matter, morning coffee, a scenic overlook, that one landmark you were excited about. I capture what’s happening, then step back. You won’t feel like there’s a camera in your face or someone watching your every move.

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend reaching out at least six weeks in advance to allow time for thoughtful planning. That said, shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability, if you have a trip coming up soon, it’s always worth asking.

What if plans change during the trip?

Plans change, that’s part of traveling. If something shifts during the trip, I’m available to help adjust the plan or offer alternatives. The goal is for you to feel supported.

What happens next?

Once you reach out, we’ll set up a conversation to talk through your trip, priorities, and what you’re hoping for. From there, I’ll create a proposed experience and itinerary for you to review. Nothing is booked until you’ve had a chance to look it over and feel confident moving forward.

Who is this best for?

If this feels like the right fit, the next step is a conversation.
