Planning & Investment

Every trip starts with the people involved and how you want to spend your time together. From there, pricing is clear, planning is simple, and nothing feels rushed or transactional. City trips, slower days, and everything in between. This is designed to stay flexible and easy.

Investment

Your investment includes the planning, coordination, and photography that allow you to enjoy your vacation without managing the logistics yourself.

Pricing

  • San Francisco & Portland — starting at $2,800 (two-day minimum)

  • New York City — starting at $3,200 (three-day minimum)

Pricing varies based on scope and coverage needs. All travel, lodging, and work-related expenses are included, no additional fees added later.

What's not included

  • Attraction tickets or activity fees

  • Your meals, transportation, lodging and insurance

  • Video coverage

  • Travel planning outside of the agreed itinerary (Additional days can be added to extend your experience.)

  • Printed products (prints, albums, and wall art are available as add-ons)

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your dates and begins the planning process. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your trip.

I recommend booking at least six weeks in advance to allow time for thoughtful planning, though shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability.

A simple contract is provided at booking to outline details, expectations, and policies for both parties.

Everything is designed to be clear, straightforward, and handled with care—

so you can focus on enjoying your vacation

If you're wondering whether this is the right fit for your trip, the best place to start is a conversation. I'll help you think through what you're planning and see if this makes sense for you.
